我的鍵盤和滑鼠都有多媒體功能可以調整音量大小
但是卻都無法動作 其餘的功能一切正長
是不是我缺少了我些程式?
可以的話順便告訴我清楚的解決方法
請排除滑鼠鍵盤的驅動程式問題
看是不是電腦裡的檔案問題

香港發現1例H9N2案例 患者已趨穩定

香港發現1例確診H9N2禽流感案例，香港衛生防護中心總監梁挺雄說，感染的是一位86歲長居深圳羅湖的香港老先生，入境時主動求助，直接送到北區醫院治理。

梁挺雄表示，老先生是一名慢性病患，前天感到發冷並咳嗽，因此返回香港並在過境口岸要求協助，之後他被救護車送到醫院，並安排到隔離病房醫治。

這名病人被證實是肺部感染，目前情況穩定，已開始接受抗病毒治療，下午已轉往瑪嘉烈醫院。病人在深圳的家人至今沒有病徵，而接觸過患者的50名醫院工作人員，目前都沒有病徵。

梁挺雄指出，H9N2主要發生在禽鳥之間，比較少有也並非散發性，屬於低致病性，而病毒在麻雀、喜鵲身上都有發現，而這些雀鳥在中說國南方都很普遍，會出現在樹頂、屋頂等處。

香港目前總共發現過7宗H9N2個案，5宗為本地個案，1宗為外地個案，都是輕微感染。

港特首被批一意孤行 政務司長為其辯解

香港前政務司司長陳方安生批評特首梁振英「一意孤行」及「獨斷獨行」，現任政務司司長林鄭月娥回應說，政府制度政策有一定程序，在分配有限公共資源的時候，有一定機制，也有政策委員會負責，工作一如既往地推進。她說，梁振英尊重有關機制，他有政策理念時，往往都會通過機制，加以落實。
