【張雅淳／台北報導】衛生福利部公布101年國人十大死因中，肺炎高居國人十大死因第四名，平均近1個小時，就有一人因肺炎而死，根據疾管署資料顯示，50歲以上染侵襲性肺炎的死亡率超過2成。

中華民國糖尿病衛教學會理事長游能俊醫師今日表示，感染肺炎多為免疫力較差者，其中又以糖尿病風險最高，而根據中華民國糖尿病衛教學會調查，發現逾9成患者不知自己也容易併發肺炎，且逾5成不知自己免疫力差，因此易輕忽肺炎。

游能俊醫師提醒，糖尿病患若同時有腎臟病、心血管疾病等，因風險高建議50歲以上就應施打13價肺炎鏈球菌疫苗，需自費3000元左右，若沒有同時罹患其他疾病，則可延至65歲以上再施打。此外，流感高峰期前也應接種流感疫苗，2種疫苗皆施打，預防力更佳。

【施昂強／台北報導】藝人「秦楊」攻擊救護人員！今日凌晨3時許，北市消防局復興分隊在敦化南路2段201號前執行一名酒醉路倒民眾清創救護，警消到場發現路倒清創患者竟是藝人「秦楊」。

藝 人秦楊本名莊政博(43歲)由於額頭有2公分外傷及酒醉情形，在朋友的陪同之下上救護車前往國泰就醫，救醫途中秦楊酒醉情況嚴重，口中不時飆出三字經等不 雅字眼，一旁還不願配合救護同仁處理額頭傷口，還揮拳打傷救護員下體，導致林姓救護員下體疼痛挫傷，但最後救護人員還是先將藝人秦楊送往國泰醫院處理，事 後勤務結束到仁愛醫院作驗傷處理，再到派出所提出傷害及仿害公務告訴。
