| 狗實驗狂犬病 施文儀籲說清楚

前衛生署疾病管制局副局長施文儀在臉書上說，以米格魯做狂犬病動物實驗前，農委會應向外界說明實驗假設，預測結果等。
農委會規劃下週用14隻米格魯做狂犬病動物實驗，學者質疑該規劃結論不具信度，無須犧牲做此實驗；動保團體台灣動物緊急救援小組今天也發起萬人連署抗議。
施文儀今天表示，14隻米格魯將成為這次(狂犬病)戰疫首批「勇士」引起動保團體反對聲浪。
他說，以米格魯做實驗，讓施文儀想起當年子貢欲去告朔之餼羊，孔子說：「爾愛其羊，我愛其禮」的故事，對此，要向愛狗人士說「爾愛其狗，我愛其理」。
施文儀說，「理」是什麼則需要由狂犬病中央流行疫情指揮中心說明，包括實驗假設、需要多少樣本數才具有統計意義、結果預測可能會有哪些、若米格魯沒有感染可能證明鼬獾病毒不會傳染給狗、結果將會影響哪些防疫目標、策略。
施文儀指出，「理」應該在研究前就向外界說清楚，不能等到時才說明，或用一句研究限制未能獲得理想的結果搪塞，「理」的解釋除能讓研究者頭腦更清楚外，外界也不會一直反對或有過多期待。
