【綜合報導】根據胡潤財富報告顯示，中國的千萬富豪分為企業主、「炒房者」、職業股民和大型企業集團、跨國公司的高層人士這四種類型。這其中企業主占一半左右。房地產仍然是富豪們投資的首選。在千萬富豪中，投資性房產佔其總資產的50%，而億萬富豪資產總額的三分之二均為投資性房產。但在調控壓力下，房地產的吸引力下降，比例從2011年的72%降至2013年的64%。股票連續五年一直居於第二，但比例有所下降。相應的，千萬富豪中職業股民占比從2012年的20%下降至2013年的15%，股票投資佔其總資產的比例也較上年減少10%。但富豪的投資方向漸趨多元。除房地產和股票外，債券等固定收益品種、黃金和藝術品進入投資選擇前五名。值得注意的是，隨著「黃金熱」的興起，選擇投資黃金的已達26%。

千萬富豪的平均年齡為38歲，億萬富豪則為40歲，均較上年降低了1歲。超過70%的中國富豪認為自己比上一代幸福，女性幸福感優於男性。他們的最大煩惱來自於缺乏運動和工作生活不平衡導致的個人健康問題。

【綜合報導】潭美颱風挾帶大雨，中山高速公路南崁交流道水淹1個輪胎深，還造成大塞車。對此，南崁村長林丕馨直指是五楊高架工程設計不當所導致地勢下陷，向政府單位反應卻又互踢皮球。

林丕馨表示，這個地方以前不會淹水，自從五楊高架做了以後，每次遇到下大雨就淹水，「我們向公所反應，叫我們找交通單位，這樣就不對了嘛，根本不顧人民安全。」
