小弟上星期五才從台中矽品大豐廠面試.我畢業淡水某私立大學化工系學士.無工作經驗 工作職務:BUMPING PE 考完英文和性向測驗 英文差不多620多分... 性向測驗結果就不贅述.. 接著就是主管面談...面談的對象是課長 跟我面試的內容大多就是公司工作環境、未來發展、工時、加班狀況等 談話內容是還蠻詳細的..該有的都有...工作內容我是都還蠻可以接受的 唯一沒和我提到的就是待遇:我有填期望待遇..他是跟我說一定會有達到這個標準 他說人資那邊會再審核一次 因為小弟的興趣寫打羽球...剛好和課長同嗜好..他也問我都在哪個球場打之類的 面談大約長達30~40分鐘左右 面試完課長後..人資要我把未填寫完的表格填完 填完後...人資和我要說等7~10天的通知 版上說都會當天會有2次面試 如果當下沒有2次面試表示沒機會了.. 真的是這樣嗎??因為手頭上已經有OFFER再做決定..但矽品是我最想進的 我該繼續等嗎??若要等我就要推掉手頭的OFFER了...有甚麼建議嗎?? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.110.56.144 ※ 編輯: dante791130 來自: 123.110.56.144 (08/20 18:57) ※ 編輯: dante791130 來自: 123.110.56.144 (08/20 19:03)
