【林巧雁／台北報導】財政部今早邀請產官學界代表參與奢侈稅修法座談會，負責奢侈稅檢討報告的台北商業技術學院財稅系教授黃耀輝說，如果沒有奢侈稅，房價會比現在至少再漲10%，年輕人更買不起房子。
 
黃耀輝說，台灣持有稅太低，帝寶的房屋稅加上地價稅才35萬元，未調整之前1年才16萬元，對有錢人來說根本沒差。根據調查，台灣擁有3棟房屋以上有66萬人，許多高所得的人囤房、囤地。雖然不能光靠奢侈稅控制房價，但奢侈稅已做了很大貢獻，是「小兵立大功」，如果沒有奢侈稅，房價漲更兇。
 
財政部長張盛和在另一場活動被問及奢侈稅時，重申奢侈稅只修不廢，若設落日擔心落日的時候投機更嚴重，每2年滾動式檢討是比較好的方式。等到房市健全，沒有不當投機的囤房現象，年輕人不會買不起房子時，奢侈稅可以檢討退場。
