| 神鬼傳奇第四章 「當民雄大士爺遇見日本鬼太鼓創意踩街」

「全台獨嘉‧神鬼傳奇」邁入第4周，2013年8月24日晚上在民雄街頭展開一場史無前例的創意踩街嘉年華，場面有夠high，有日本鬼太鼓團、六米鍾馗懸絲偶、「假鬼假怪」的Cosplay及群魔亂舞化裝踩街團展開別開生面的神鬼活動。
尊重在地宗教信仰儀軌，加入創新化、年輕化、國際化、趣味化、嘉年華會與博覽會的元素，今年的「全台獨嘉‧神鬼傳奇」大士爺踩街遶境有如巴西「嘉年華」般熱鬧，將「本土化、在地化」的鬼神信仰文化與「國際化」的鬼神信仰文化接軌，以廟宇為中心的街廓、聚落成為以「神鬼傳奇」為主題、嘉年華式的「博覽會」。
這場踩街有專程來台參加的日本鬼太鼓團，團員穿著日本傳統服裝、臉戴日本鬼面具，首度站上台灣民俗蜈蚣鼓陣，與今年最紅的超級大巨星六米鍾馗懸絲偶在民雄街頭扭腰擺臀，互較高下，現場民眾驚叫聲連連。
嘉義縣文化觀光局表示，「全台獨嘉‧神鬼傳奇」最後一週「民雄大士爺祭」系列活動，除了廟方傳統相關的民俗文化活動外，今年特別增加了「神鬼大街、神鬼奇航、神鬼體驗、神鬼踩街、神鬼影展、神鬼演藝、神鬼餐車及神鬼玩家」等多項充滿創意與年輕化的活動。
如果「神鬼玩家」覺得這幾項活動還不夠辣，歡迎相揪到民雄劉家古宅（民雄鬼屋）試一試「神鬼玩家‧闖天關」活動，每天下午2至5時現場報名參加，在鬼屋咖啡廳領取手冊後，就可進入古宅參加遊戲，挑戰膽量極限，依照提示進入各指定地點蒐集戳章，順利集滿戳章後，即可獲贈「鬼王—大士爺紙雕公仔」乙份。
Cosplay及群魔亂舞化裝踩街團充滿青春、活潑及創意，社區民眾製作人形紙雕大士爺紙偶組成大士爺人偶踩街團，紙雕大士爺造形五花八門，展現社區參與大型民俗節慶活動的生命力。（圖／嘉義縣政府提供）
