活動部分
1、花蓮熱汽球翱翔季關閉園區，待解除陸警後再開放。
2、羅東林管處所轄太平山森林遊樂區、羅東林業園區、及各自然步道休園及封閉。
3、宜蘭傳藝中心今天休園一天。
4、阿里山森林遊樂區今天上午6時起休園。

交通部分
台鐵
嘉義－南靖間中斷，截至上午9時仍雙線暫時不通。民雄－大林雨淹過軌面，東線中斷不通。彰化以南各對號列車，機動調整停駛或折返。

其他交通
1、新北水上巴士停航，待解除陸警後再開放。
2、蘇花公路今天上午9時預警性封路。
3、台北市疏散水門，今天上午8時起只出不進。
4、阿里山公路35公里到88公里，今天上午6時起預警性封閉。

【辛啟松／台南報導】《總舖師》顧問黃婉玲出身台南望族，從小家境優渥，跟父親嘗遍台灣傳統美味，她因此一頭栽入追尋台灣古早味，花了10年，拜訪20多名總舖師，紀錄台灣辦桌文化，甚至傳統台菜。她說，記錄出書就是希望台灣古早味能不走味地傳承。

黃婉玲說，小時候隔壁大姊姊出嫁，父親出差，母親顧及鄰居辦桌席位不夠，只包紅包卻不帶她們參加，她竟問「是不是我們家錢不夠，紅包包的少，所以不能去？」黃婉玲說，可能是小時候總吃不到，讓她對辦桌越有興趣，越好奇。10年前，她開始訪談總舖師，拉著當記者的丈夫充當攝影師，全程紀錄辦桌過程。
