【李恩慈／台南報導】康芮颱風水淹南台灣，行政院長江宜樺今天到台南市勘查災情並了解治水工程是否發揮效用，台南市長賴清德在江宜樺未抵達前，特地拿出台南降雨資訊向媒體說明自己決策過程，並表示中央氣象局的說法混淆視聽，對地方政府並不公平。

今上午有媒體問及賴清德會不會覺得挨轟很委屈，賴清德頓了幾秒說：「中央真的不需要做到這樣啦！」

江宜樺說完治水預算等相關資訊後，突然話鋒一轉表示，目前重要的是災後復原為主，從中央到地方官員都很認真做事，不需要再針對誰對誰錯的問題下去討論。

【涂建豐／高雄報導】康芮颱風遠離，風雨趨緩，高雄市區路樹傾倒招牌、帆布等掉落案件計有570件，市府工務及環保機關全員出動展開復舊工作，預計今日以最快速度恢復市容原貌。

此次康芮颱風期間，高雄各區災害應變中心動員里幹事會同各里長、當地消防分隊、各警察分局機關，加強宣導防範，柔性勸離山區民眾撤退至安全地區共計2184人。

【辛啟松／台南報導】康芮颱風夾帶旺盛西南氣流滯留於南部，瞬間即時雨量非常大，造成台南市仁德區三爺溪、港尾溝溪溪水暴漲，尤其新營區、新化區淹水嚴重，台南市消防局已派員待命，今天清晨也啟動預防性疏散撤離，包含安養院、保全戶已完全疏散撤離完畢，目前沒有人員傷亡。
 
市府也動員警力，管制道路積水、土石滑落路段，且做必須性封路、封橋，市府表示，今天除關廟區國中、國小停課外，本日仍正常上班上課，若有因雨積水造成學生上學、上班遲到者，市府要求校方不要列入紀錄。
