【綜合報導】美國調查小組只出敘利亞政府在上周動用化學武器，導致1500名平民身亡，對此敘利亞政府今日稍早指控，這完全是美國自行「捏造的謊言」。

敘利亞外交部發表聲明指出，美國政府所形容的「不可否認的證據」，根本就是陳腐的恐怖份子傳說，「這份謊言和虛構故事還傳了1周」。敘國政府還說，美國這個「強權國家」可以依賴毫無證據的事情，還誤導視聽，指美國「非常笨」(a superpower could mislead its opinion so clumsily)。

【高佳菁／台北報導】宏遠證（6015）與豐興證合併恐破局，宏遠證發言人林秀鴻今天表示，今召開股東臨時會討論合併案，但因豐興大股東堅持主導權，不同意雙方合併，在出席股東未達法定開會標準，無法就合併相關事宜討論，將擇期召開董事會討論合併案後續處理。
 
林秀鴻說，由於該大股東持股高達3成，為了讓合併案能順利執行，會積極與該股東協商，若雙方在未來1個月仍無法達成共識，那麼就會放棄此次合併案，並宣布破局。

【吳詠平／桃園報導】大竹國中女趙姓女學生今年2月間被鄰居邱姓、蔡姓少年強灌高梁酒致死案，桃園少年法院上週宣判，邱姓少年被以強制、過失致死兩罪判交 付保護管束及勞動服務，蔡姓少年也當庭認兩罪，但因他有部分程序還要進行，未當庭宣判。趙女媽媽說，他和先生聽到這樣判決，兩人開車一路哭回家，她說，每個人都說要給邱機會，誰給過我女兒機會。

趙女媽媽拿出他們調閱到的道路監視器，還原2月22日晚上案發時，邱早已在他們家門外巷子徘徊， 看到他們夫婦兩出門後，走入趙家敲門叫女兒，女兒不理他，邱打電話叫住在隔壁的蔡來，女兒才開門，他們家沒電話女兒也沒手機，邱根本是預謀，還準備了高粱 酒，不到半小時就喝完，根本是二人強灌女兒。趙媽媽說，這不是故意是什麼，但法院卻說是過失，誰還我女兒公道。上週趙家收到判決書後已請律師具狀上訴高 院。
