【何哲欣／台北報導】特偵組上午以法務部長曾勇夫涉接受立法院長王金平及立委柯建銘關說，將曾勇夫移送監察院，但王柯部份，因涉及立院自律，不願介入。藍委陳學聖中午說：「立委涉嫌關說已違法，跟立院自律無關，特偵組都可以辦總統了，立法院長有什麼不能辦？」要求有證據就辦到底，否則僅簡單帶過，遇到立院就轉彎，以後誰還相信特偵組？也會害王柯永遠都有關說陰影。
 
台聯立委許忠信也說，特偵組如果只敢辦到法務部內，就更證明只是在鬥爭，法務部以外的不敢辦，話都只講一半，民眾無法接受，要求特偵組查明真相，讓事情水落石出，才能澄清吏治。

【張菱育／台北報導】捷運為通勤族重要的交通工具，據業者統計，大台北地區已通車的捷運線中，房價最高的站點皆位於大安區及中正區，若沿著捷運線往末端站購屋，可省1.1~3.4倍不等的價差，多花40分鐘通勤時間，房價每坪可減少40~60萬元。

據信義房屋網路事業部統計目前已通車的捷運線中，以淡水線的價差最大，房價最高在中正紀念堂站周邊，每坪75.6萬元，房價最低為淡水站附近，每坪17.3萬元，價差達3.4倍，同樣30坪的房子，價差就超過1700萬元，但以搭車時間來看，相對1天增加約80分鐘的通勤時間。

【綜合報導】法務部長曾勇夫上午出面回應特偵組將 他移送監察院一事，他批評，從特偵組的新聞稿中，「有一點可以證明我有涉入個案」，他對特偵組的處置，「表示痛心，我們的司法竟以這樣羅織的方法陷害人家」，如果光憑莫須有的電話就可以入人於罪，這不是檢察官辦案應有的作為」，他並質疑其中「涉及個人恩怨與私人報復」，還說：「我敢跟各位保證，我沒有涉入個案，歡迎監院調查。」

至於是否請辭法務部長一職，曾勇夫說：「對我沒做的事我為何要辭職？」
