【王勇超／高雄報導】家住楠梓區的蔡姓男子（34歲）今天下午近三時，騎機車沿左營區翠華路北向南往高雄市區方向行駛，經過翠華路、勝利路口時，對向一輛由李姓女子（43歲）駕駛的休旅車疑似未等左轉燈號亮起便左轉勝利路，導致蔡男的機車煞車不及，撞上休旅車右後車門。

警方表示，車禍造成蔡男車禍連人帶機車翻轉一圈倒地，蔡男當場口鼻不斷冒出鮮血陷入昏迷，救護人員趕抵時蔡已無呼吸、心跳，送往急診室搶救後，一度恢復呼吸，但最後仍因傷重不治。承辦警官說，李女呼氣酒測值為零，蔡男抽血酒測的檢驗報告尚未出爐，全案目前仍在調查中。

【陳世河／台中報導】台中神岡區張姓男子（48歲，公共危險前科）5日下4點多，喝酒後跑到神岡區豐洲路301巷馬路中間攔車，過往車輛驚嚇之餘紛紛閃避並報警，警方前往民眾報案指稱地點，發現張男正拍打路旁住家鐵門，為保護張男安全，警員將張男帶回派出所管束，不料張男被帶回派出所後情緒失控，不斷對警員大罵「幹你娘xx、龜兒子、大估呆」，警員多次勸誡張男這樣涉嫌妨害公務，不料張男沒有收斂反而撂下狠話說：「我交保出來還會來輸贏（會報復之意）警方最後在錄影蒐證後，將他依妨害公務罪嫌移送法辦。
