經過判斷後出現三筆但是我想要抓第一筆(2 2013-08-28 12:20:00 2013-08-28 13:00:00)
但是如果再SQL語法裡面加 limit 0,1 會導致判斷錯誤出現空白抓不到資料

請求更正寫法或者有其他方法能讓我判斷後能夠在抓第一筆資料

德國「週日畫報」今天根據得自德國情報機構的消息報導，敘利亞政府軍8月21日在大馬士革近郊發動化學武器攻擊，可能並未取得總統阿塞德（Bashar al-Assad）的許可。

路透社報導，週日畫報（Bild am Sonntag）說，據德國情報人員截聽到的無線電通訊，敘利亞政府軍有些師長和旅長近4個半月來一直要求總統府允許他們動用化學武器。

德國情報官員指出，這可能意味阿塞德並未親自准許8月這起造成1400多人喪生的化武攻擊。

週日畫報說，無線電通訊是由航行在敘利亞外海的德國海軍偵察船歐克號（Oker）截獲的。

德國聯邦情報局（BND）局長辛德勒（GerhardSchindler）上週向國會國防和外交委員會進行秘密的簡報。週日畫報說，辛德勒說，敘利亞內戰可能再打數年。

德國三軍參謀長維克爾（Volker Wieker）將軍也告訴國會議員，敘利亞反抗軍各派系中，與蓋達組織（al-Qaeda）掛鉤的派系影響力愈來愈強。
