標題[問題] 工作中學不到什麼東西...

如果做一份工作，半年中卻覺得自己毫無成長 有想辭職的念頭該怎麼辦? 有時候看板友抱怨爛主管或爛公司 其實公司的前輩人都很好 這是我的第一份工作什麼都不會，可以遇到這些人都覺得自己運氣不錯 公司很小福利是還OK，而相對的也很自由 上班沒在打卡；覺得自己進度正常，時間一到要下班了也可以 新水也在自己能接受的範圍 唯一令我快忍受不了的是工作內容太乏味... 大略是一間幫人過產品認證的公司 過程呢? 照著文件的步驟做就好。 公司內部有分工，我負責的部分: 依照產品類型少則2天多則1個禮拜完成一個案子(沒案子就自修) 內容是完全一樣的動作，一個大學工讀生我可以三天就教會他流程 當然麻煩的點在於產品有問題的時候該怎麼跟客戶接洽&debug 其實做了快一年了，這對我也沒什麼問題 可以說是唯一有學到的東西嗎... 另一點就是可以練英文，要看英文文件、偶爾需用破英文跟外國同事溝通 然後自己最近也去補英文了 不然真的要換工作的話，還真的不知道從目前這裡可以學到啥... 也是我不敢真的辭職、只敢想的關係 (同期進來的3.4個人也都有同樣想法) 謝謝意見 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.118.98
