【綜合報導】大埔拒拆遷戶「張藥房」老闆張森文溺斃案，為查明其死因及了解出事過程是否有外力介入，檢方昨將張的遺體送到法務部法醫研究所解剖相驗，確定是生前落水，至於是自殺、他殺或意外？仍須待採樣化驗結果比對研判。而警方專案小組經地毯式蒐證，已調閱張家到張出事的大埔橋沿路所有監視器畫面，正過濾以找出真相。

據了解，法醫昨採集檢體包括血、尿、胃內食物殘留等，將化驗有無安眠藥或毒物反應。苗栗地檢署主任檢察官鄧媛表示，鑑定報告預計要6至8周才會出爐。張的遺體昨下午運回竹南大埔家，張元豪在靈前對著父親遺照出神，不時以手擦拭遺照上灰塵。張元豪難過地說：「爸爸生前飽受拆屋折磨，只求讓他能安靜地走，有這麼難嗎？」盼事情快落幕，讓爸爸早日下葬。

【吳國仲／新北報導】今天清晨5時許，連接土城與三峽的產業道路間，傳出一起自殺憾事，1名徐姓男子(40多歲)在路邊的廢棄土雞城上吊，路過的機車騎士被嚇到，趕緊打電話報警。
 
警消獲報趕到，確認男子已明顯死亡，身上並未發現遺書，保留現場交由警方調查。警方已連絡到徐男的家屬前來指認，據悉，徐男先前曾向家人透露尋短的念頭， 之後就不見蹤影，直到今晨才被路人發現。
