【侯昌騰／高雄報導】高市鳳山區今日清晨近7時驚傳墜樓意外，民眾發現位於新康街一棟大廈三樓遮雨棚躺著一名女子，警消據報前往搶救，消防局雲梯車升起緩緩靠近女子，發現女子還有呼吸但意識微弱，將她救下後立即送醫急救，警方接手調查女子墜樓原因。

聽損兒 年增4百 1成無篩檢

馬偕醫院耳鼻喉科主任林鴻清今天表示，若以年二十萬名新生兒計算，年增約四百名聽損兒，估計超過一成新生兒未接受聽力篩檢。

衛生福利部國民健康署表示，自民國一○一年三月十五日起，運用菸品健康福利捐補助本國籍未滿三個月的新生兒聽力篩檢，統計到今年三月十四日發現，已有二十一萬一千六百零八名新生兒接受聽力篩檢，篩檢率八七‧五％。

國健署說，平均每篩檢四百九十六名新生兒就發現一名聽損兒，一年內確診聽損的四百二十三名新生兒，都已經轉介至相關療育單位，進行後續療育服務；不過，仍有超過一成新生兒沒有接受聽力篩檢。

國健署表示，聽損兒若能早期療育，也能進入主流教育並與正常兒童一起學習，並節省社會經濟成本。

林鴻清說，造成聽損兒的原因包括基因遺傳、早產、缺氧、母體感染等因素，單側及雙側聽損的發生率約千分之二，被確診聽損後，應在六個月以內接受治療及早期療育，透過配戴輔具及聽語療育，可讓孩子達到接近正常語言和身心發展。

國民健康署提醒家中若有未滿三個月的新生兒，家長可帶孩子到全國三百一十一家有提供新生兒聽力篩檢服務的醫療院所篩檢。
