委內瑞拉總統馬杜洛的專機今天飛抵北京。馬杜洛稍早前曾指責美國不准他的專機飛越美國領空。

馬杜洛（Nicolas Maduro）透過新浪微博表示已抵達中國大陸，此行是為加強兩國的友誼與合作。

馬杜洛將在大陸停留到下週二（24日），期間會晤大陸國家主席習近平。

馬杜洛在華府與卡拉卡斯（委內瑞拉首都）關係緊繃之際訪問大陸，稍早前曾傳出美國拒絕批准讓馬杜洛使用美國領空，委內瑞拉19日稱這項舉動「無禮」。

不過，美國國務院20日否認不准馬杜洛的座駕飛越領空，美國政府只是未獲足夠知會，已經與委內瑞拉大使館合作處理這件事。

美國國務院表示，委內瑞拉未依規定在飛越前3天提出申請，而是在前1天才提出。

委內瑞拉駐美國外交官說，馬杜洛訪問大陸後，下週將前往美國參與聯合國大會會議。美國國務院稱，並未拒絕代表團到美國。
