羅傑斯：目前 最引人的三大投資機會

商品分析師羅傑斯(Jim Rogers)目前住在新加坡，是一位著名的中國市場多頭，這位反向投資人喜好周遊列國(已二度環遊世界)。對一般投資人而言，目前最引人的經濟機會為何，他提供了自己的看法。

羅傑斯說，在非洲有著大好機會。他特別提及安哥拉與伊索比亞。他的焦點亦在南美國家烏拉圭。

安哥拉：這個國家是非洲第二大原油生產國，於2002年結束了近30年的內戰後，一直尋求增加獲得外國的投資。對投資人而言，安哥拉計劃於2016年開始設立證券交易所，於2017年成立期貨與商品市場。至於經濟，根據一家網站指出，2012年，其經濟成長7.4%。該成長率吸引日益增多的外國投資人於當地創業，或獲得雇主的豐厚報酬。負面的觀點是？生活成本偏高，資金受到政府的嚴格控管，數十年的內戰意味基礎建設與耕地均缺乏。2012年生活成本走勢圖顯示，一瓶啤酒與一個白麵包各要價4美元，有線電視每個月12美元。

衣索比亞：根據金融時報指出，這個非洲國家一度以封閉式經濟著稱，如今則變成對投資人極具吸引力的展望。金融時報報導，衣索比亞的海外移民正在回流，中國投資人出手闊綽，他們交易咖啡，並投資建保與製造業。缺點為何：許多機會不對外國投資人開放，甚至其國內私人機構亦不得其門而入。

烏拉圭：此一南美洲國家與阿根廷與巴西接壤，生活成本較美國低30%至40%。美國國務院報告指出，烏拉圭政府傳統上知道外國投資的重要性，承認並履行資產權力與合約。近來接受華爾街日報訪問時，曾預測到房市與網路泡沫的分析師Jeremy Grantham建議，抓住良機，投資農業，並提及烏拉圭是一個投資的好地方。
