　　雲嘉南濱海國家風景區管理處為讓遊客感受雲嘉南豐富的溼地生態與鹽田文化，特別推出「北門－井仔腳自行車道體驗活動」，除了安排解說志工隨車導覽解說，並配合近期推出的20景照片定向越野地圖，讓遊客一面休閒運動，也能有按圖索驥來尋寶的特殊體驗。

　　活動將於2013/9/28上、下午分兩梯次展開，自即日起至9/23開放傳真報名（傳真電話：06-7862625），共50個名額，每梯次為2小時，全程免費參加，還可品嘗具30年歷史的北門豆花。

　　雲嘉南管理處鄭榮峯處長表示，北門地區有北門遊客中心、烏腳病紀念館、白色教堂、豐富的濕地生態及鹽田遺址及濱海的夕陽美景，沿著北門自行車道騎著單車可一次飽覽所有景點，非常適合大朋友小朋友同遊，參加單車尋寶體驗活動的民眾，只要正確完成定向地圖活動的遊客，還可獲得紀念品一份。（圖／雲管處提供）

大陸第一部針對旅遊亂象的「旅遊法」十月一日實施，由於新規重點治理「零負團費」、強制購物等亂象，將全面改變大陸的境內與出境旅遊市場，對愈來愈多的赴台陸客也會有影響。

大陸旅遊法規定，旅行社不得以不合理的低價組織旅遊活動，不得安排購物或另行付費項目獲取回扣。新法實施後，旅行社將無法在陸客團身上抽取購物佣金，出團成本勢必轉嫁在團員身上。

受此影響，旅行社的漲價方案紛紛出爐，境內外團皆漲。漲幅最大屬港澳及出境遊的新馬泰等路線，基本都超過百分之百，歐洲團也漲約三成。台灣團至少也有三至五成漲幅。

過去，靠增加購物點來補貼住宿費、遊覽車等，台灣八天七夜環島遊，最低曾殺至四千元人民幣（約新台幣一萬九千元）。現在合理價在六千元（約新台幣二點九萬元），黃金周則漲至八千元（約新台幣三萬九千元）。

但團費飆升也直接衝擊旅遊業者，香港有業者預計十一長假的陸客團較往年暴跌五成，從往年的四百團縮減到兩百團，創近十年新低，香港酒店更罕見出現「房等客」情形，酒店給旅行團的房價下調逾一成，部分三、四星級酒店的團體價更由港幣八百多元一晚減至六百多元，仍乏人問津。

值得注意的是，由於大陸是最大的出境旅遊市場，而「低價團費＋高價購物」的模式將成為過去，將對全球旅遊業者帶來不小衝擊，卻也帶來新商機。

以購物為主的港澳團隊價格漲幅達百分之七十，將導致部分客流轉向其他市場，同受影響的還包括澳、美、韓等傳統熱點路線。而大陸本土的旅遊業者多處於小、弱、散的狀態，預計新法上路也會帶來產業的洗牌。
