我們公司是日薪制 我一天1150元
問題
公司之前都雙周做11天
現在老闆說 工作變少了 改 周休2日
他說 之後如果工作變更少 可能會多休1天 ???
這樣老闆有違法嗎?

【綜合報導】繼台北地院上月做出假處分，同意王繼續行使黨員權利後，台灣高等法院昨再駁回國民黨的抗告案，馬昨指示律師團再抗告，轉戰最高法院。

《蘋果日報》以「國民黨將提再抗告，您支不支持？」做民調，採電腦語音輔助方式，訪問528位民眾，調查結果有70.83%民眾不支持，僅21.03%支持，8.14%沒意見。
