【綜合報導】台北地檢署偵辦パン達人涉嫌炒股案，今天約談五名被告及一名證人，台北地檢署襄閱檢察官黃謀信晚間說明，胖達人公司母公司的某些內部人及與內部人熟識的許姓消息受領人（小S老公許雅鈞父子），在知悉利空的重大消息後，持續大量出脫持股，以此規避損失數千萬元，涉嫌內線交易行為。

北檢表示，經查，包括藝人小S丈夫許雅鈞及徐洵平等人涉嫌在基因國際利空消息發布前，出脫持股，總計避損逾2億元。而本案的重要嫌疑人徐洵平在日前出國不在國內，因此直到徐洵平在9月30日晚間回國後，經聲請搜索票核准後，今天執行搜索及約談行動。
 
《壹電視》報導，檢調透露，為追查此案相關人員是否涉及不當炒股，不排除進行聲押以防串供。

日韓系車廠9月在美銷售下滑

（中央社台北2013年10月2日電）日本前3大車廠─豐田汽車（Toyota Motor Corp.）、本田汽車（HondaMotor Co.）和日產汽車（Nissan Motor Co.）繼8月銷售激增和週末營業天數減少，9月在美銷售下滑且部分車款供應吃緊。

全球最大汽車製造商─豐田汽車 (7203) 9月在美銷售下滑4.3%，日產汽車 (7201) 銷售減少5.5%、降幅超越分析師預期。日系車廠對美國市場依賴最深的本田汽車 (7267) 銷售降低9.9%、也超過分析師估計。

僅富士重工業（Fuji Heavy IndustriesLtd.JP-7270）的速霸陸（Subaru）車款銷售成長，9月銷售較去年同期增加15%。

汽車網站Edmunds.com分析師維斯尼克（BillVisnic）指出，「一個重要因素是勞動節週末銷售提前至8月。」「對豐田和本田汽車而言，其供應看來有些吃緊。本田汽車可能在這方面有特別問題，該公司對消費者重返輕型卡車的趨勢準備較少。」

日、韓系車廠9月銷售共下滑7.2%，在美市占率由去年同期的46.1%下滑至44.6%。7、8月銷售超越福特汽車（Ford Motor Co. US-F）的豐田汽車滑落至第3位，本田汽車銷售落居第5，該公司7、8月銷售領先克萊斯勒（Chrysler Group LLC）。

豐田汽車的Camry品牌轎車仍高居美國銷售冠軍，9月在美賣出31871輛，較去年同期縮減7%。Corolla品牌轎車幫助豐田小型車勉強維持成長，同時也超越今年最熱銷小型車的本田Civic。

南韓現代汽車（Hyundai Motor Co. KR-005380）和所屬起亞汽車（Kia Motors Corp. KR-000270）9月在美合併銷售下滑14%，符合市場分析師預期。（譯者：中央社徐睿承）

【張欽／台北報導】台北地院明續審前總統陳水扁被控侵占機密公文案，扁再度以身體狀況不佳請假獲准，法官明天將針對扁精神狀態鑑定人人選，傳喚榮總主任秘書、醫師陳喬琪、陳順勝等人進行最後意見溝通，甚至傳矯正署官員一起討論，極可能當庭選出鑑定人。
 
扁因罹患重度憂鬱症、口吃、思考能力降低等，他涉及的偽證案，高院日前審理扁涉偽證案，即採遠距訊問，而北院明將開庭審理扁涉侵占機密公文案，扁已請假獲准，至於他向台北地院聲請停止審判，法官為確認扁的身心狀態是否已達停止審判標準，將選任適當的鑑定人進行鑑定。
