| 全民國防課 新學期不由教官上

（中央社記者陳至中台北2日電）政府在中小學推動「全民國防教育」，由軍訓教官上課引發爭議。教育部長蔣偉寧今天說，明年2月新學期起改由一般教師教學。
蔣偉寧今天到立法院教育及文化委員會備詢，民主進步黨籍立委鄭麗君質疑，政府推動「全民國防教育」課程，讓上千名教官公然進入中小學，還有人穿軍服，「教官非但沒有退出校園，還更滲入」。
鄭麗君說，有教官直接問「台灣周邊的國家有哪個欺負我們？」難道國防教育是要傳遞仇恨，或是延續忠誠教育、洗腦教育。
教育部長蔣偉寧表示，國防教育必須推動，初期師資不足，一般教師不懂得國防，因此才先由高中教官支援。長期而言，希望國防教育不要由軍方人員擔任，而是由一般教師負責，但需要一些時間準備。
在鄭麗君一再追問下，蔣偉寧承諾，明年2月的新學期起，「全民國防教育」就會全面由一般教師教；現階段會要求支援中小學教學的教官，穿著便服上課。1021002
