【呂志明／台北報導】台北地檢署偵辦パン達人涉嫌詐欺案，查出母公司基因國際（6130）董座徐洵平等人，涉嫌在パン達人虧損消息曝光前，大量出脫持股，規避損失約6000萬元。

檢調昨天發動偵搜行動，今天清晨2時以涉犯《證券交易法》內線交易罪，將基因公司股東、藝人小S老公許雅鈞，諭令200萬元交保、小S公公許慶祥300萬元交保，董事長徐洵平500萬元交保、徐妻姜麗芬200萬元交保，另外基因公司財務長黃筱玲20萬元交保，5名被告均限制出境、出海。

清晨4時，當台北地檢署完成5人的限制出境手續後，許雅鈞牽著行動不便的父親，緩慢離開，不願就此事多做說明，而許雅鈞的母親，則在一旁等候的白色廂型車上，等了一整晚，但車上未見小S在內。

檢調查出，パン達人今年5月間，營收突然由盈轉虧，徐洵平夫婦與許雅鈞父子等股東擔心虧損曝光，恐致股價下跌，因而趕緊大量出脫手中持股，企圖規避損失，但パン達人營運狀況越來越差，無法改善，生技達人董座因而在8月19日緊急從前負責人莊鴻銘更換為徐洵平，孰料香精事件也巧合地在同時間點爆發，全案因而爆發。

【張欽／台北報導】台北市忠孝東路阿波羅大廈住戶，不滿鼎泰豐忠孝店佔用1樓空地鋪設木地板、花圃及冷氣主機等，3年前打官司要求拆除並賠償佔用租金，最高法院認定鼎泰豐僅有2部冷氣主機佔用0.52坪，判鼎泰豐要賠70住戶共2萬餘元，平均每戶僅獲賠300 餘元，全案定讞。
 
美國有線電視新聞網（CNN）上月底評選全球知名連鎖店，鼎泰豐打敗麥當勞等知名連鎖店，榮獲全球最佳連鎖店第2名，CNN還稱讚鼎泰豐把簡單的小籠包昇華到極致。

但鼎泰豐忠孝店卻於2007年4月間，遭阿波羅大廈住戶聯名指控，在大廈周邊法定空地私設平台樓梯、花台、冷氣主機、花盆、燈座等設施，不僅阻礙通行，還侵害住戶權益，於是提告要求騰空歸還，並求償佔用期間租金。

一審認定判鼎泰豐佔用空地要賠住戶20餘萬元，但高院認定鼎泰豐僅2部冷氣主機佔用空地0.52坪，改判鼎泰豐僅要拆冷氣並支付佔用租金2萬餘元，最高法院駁回上訴後，全案確定。
