【陳智偉／綜合外電報導】國際貨幣基金（International Monetary Fund，IMF）公布最新《全球經濟展望》報告，調降以中國為首的主要新興國家成長目標，並下修美國成長率預測，日本維持不變，歐元區則獲得調升。IMF並指出，先進經濟體成長雖逐漸轉強，仍不足以平衡新興經濟體成長走疲衝擊。
 
IMF此次下修中國經濟成長預估，2013年目標由7月預估的7.8%降至7.6%，2014年則由7.7%降至7.3%；俄羅斯、印度等成長目標也同步下修。新興國家今年整體成長目標下修0.5個百分點至4.5%。
 
先進經濟體部分，美國今、明年成長目標雙雙下修0.1個百分點，分別降至1.6%、2.6%；日本則持平為2%、1.2%；歐元區今年由-0.6%升至-0.4%，明年則可望恢復成長，成長目標由0.9%升至1%。

今年共有5部台片在釜山放映，《郊遊》導演蔡明亮、演員李康生率先上台開場，《總舖師》劇組壓軸，林美秀入境隨俗用韓語打招呼，獲得熱烈掌聲，楊祐寧和夏于喬都表示：「希望大家透過這部電影認識台灣，然後喜歡台灣！」
