歐巴馬提名Fed新主席葉連

（中央社華盛頓2013年10月9日綜合外電報導）美國總統歐巴馬今天提名葉連接任聯邦準備理事會（Fed）主席，並說現任主席柏南奇的領導讓動盪不安的金融市場穩定下來。
葉連對於歐巴馬的提名表示感謝，並說她誠惶誠恐，一定恪盡職守，不負國人所望。
歐巴馬說，聯準會主席不只是美國最高貨幣政策制定者，全世界都仰望聯準會主席的領導與指引方向。
他稱讚柏南奇不但是美國經濟穩定的力量，也是穩定全球經濟的力量。（譯者：中央社何世煌）

API報告 美國原油供應量增加280萬桶

美國石油協會(American Petroleum Institute，API)周二發表最新報告，顯示到10月4日結束的當周，美國的原油供應量增加了280萬桶。根據資料調查網站Platts對分析師所做的調查，原先預測增加220萬桶。
另外，API的報告還顯示，同時期汽油的庫存量下降了280萬桶，而餾分油的供應量也減少110萬桶。市場原先預估，汽油的庫存量將增加130萬桶，而餾分油的供應量將減少190萬桶。
周二紐約商品交易所Nymex的11月原油期貨收在每桶103.49美元，而在盤後的電子交易中，11月原油期貨則來到了每桶103.57美元。
除了今天API發表的石油供應量報告外，本周三美國能源資訊局(Energy Information Administration，EIA)也將發表相關報告，市場對於後者的關注更甚。

| 華豐 2015年營收上看百億

老字號輪胎廠華豐橡膠（2109），將兵分三路興建新廠。華豐董事長蘇明芬昨（8）日透露，將投資2.5億泰銖（含機器設備費），興建泰國二廠，預定明年5月可投產機車胎等產品；另也擬砸下5億元人民幣（含搬遷費），興建大陸蘇州二廠，做為常熟廠遷廠之用，並增加蘇州廠的轎車胎產能。
此外，為擴大營運規模，華豐目前也正在越南覓地，興建越南廠，成為集團旗下第三處海外生產基地，未來也可做為轉移常熟廠部分生產線或調度客戶轉單之用。待上述新廠陸續完工，蘇明芬期許2年後，集團營收可突破百億元。
蘇明芬透露，泰國二廠明年5月投產，7月可量產機車胎等產品，年產能達300萬條，新增年產值達7億至10億元。
法人粗估，華豐泰國廠第3季稅後盈餘約7,600萬泰銖，年增70％，累計今年前3季稅後盈餘2.17億泰銖，年增58％，可望成為華豐海外廠獲利的金雞母。
