餐廳名稱：墨魚義大利麵坊 消費時間：2013年/9月 地址：台北市松山區南京東路四段133巷5弄1號 電話：0927899022 圖文版：http://superp.pixnet.net/blog/post/39544433 以前吃過頗多間平價的義大利麵店，大多脫不了麵爛湯多的台式風格，不然就是味道太普 通。因此，這幾年已經比較少去那類的店家踩雷。記得印象比較好的是艾隆義大利麵，不 過上次吃也是快10年前了，也不知現在個人胃口還喜不喜歡那家。 當友人推薦這間平價的義大利麵店時，我心裡其實對這間店完全沒有信心。不過，還是跟 友人一起去吃了。 店攤前貼的麵食照片實在是太醜。很想叫老闆換美一點的照片，不然實在是很難引起人的 食慾。店面非常的小，不過生意很好。吃飯時間常客滿。 價格都非常平實，還可以加點錢把份量做大。 奶油野菇雞肉麵$95（奶味香濃，鹹度適中，而且不會太膩口或太淡，算是出乎意料的好 吃。只是麵條太軟，不然以這個味道跟價位來說真的是大推了。） 義大利肉醬麵$85（肉醬味道還OK，不過並不是很出色。這個一般推而已。） 白酒蛤蜊麵$95（蛤蜊的味道都有融入白酒汁內，還不錯！） 茄汁雞肉麵$95（跟肉醬的一樣，味道層次不夠豐富，但還算濃，推！） 招牌墨汁墨魚麵$160（味道很不錯。跟外頭貴的墨魚麵分別只有麵稍微軟，而且海鮮味沒 有那麼重而已，不過還是很好吃，接近大推了！） 青醬雞肉麵$95（我猜他們青醬應該用的是九層塔，雖然如此，青醬的味道還是很棒。裡 面的九層塔跟大蒜以及松子味道很融合，味道豐富。比一般平價的青醬好吃很多。雖然被 軟麵條扣分，但醬汁的美味度跟價格讓這道是大推！） 平心而論，這間並不沒有到需要特地老遠跑來吃的等級。不過，如果開在我家附近，我倒 是會偶爾來吃他們的青醬雞肉或奶油雞肉。雖然味道真的很台，但醬汁都調的很不錯，而 且價格非常親民，不然好的義大利麵一般都不便宜。 覺得這間比一般平價的義大利麵店好，因為以往在那邊吃到的麵就是值那個價或更低。但 覺得墨魚義大利麵坊的食物有讓我覺得物超所值，不只便宜，味道也不含糊。缺點是麵條 太爛，不過他們拼效率，麵都是先煮好再加熱，這也沒辦法。 墨魚義大利麵坊 台北市松山區南京東路四段133巷5弄1號 0927899022 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 219.68.102.43
