| 舉報貪官遭控誹謗 記者劉虎被逮

繼多名大陸微博名人因案被捕後，北京市檢察院第三分院近日證實，曾在網路實名舉報大陸工商總局副局長馬正其瀆職的《新快報》記者劉虎，已因涉誹謗罪被正式逮捕。
8月25日北京公安局官方微博發布消息，指劉虎因「涉嫌製造傳播謠言」，被北京警方刑事拘留。昨日，北京市人民檢察院第三分院證實，劉虎被正式逮捕。劉虎律師周澤透露，劉虎事涉誹謗罪。
陸媒報導，劉虎曾在7月29日以實名認證微博，發文舉報馬正其任職重慶期間，處理國企改制涉嚴重瀆職，致數千萬人民幣國有資產被侵占，呼籲當局展開調查。這也成大陸媒體人透過微博實名舉報官員的第3例。
前2例分別為大陸國家發改委副主任劉鐵男及華潤集團董事長宋林。去年12月6日，劉鐵男被《財經》雜志副主編羅昌平實名舉報；今年6月9日，宋林被前《山西晚報》記者李建軍舉報，劉鐵男如今已被捕，宋林案尚未確認。
劉虎不僅舉報馬正其，還舉報過上海高院代院長崔亞東、陝西省公安廳長杜航偉。因常爆料，去年被大陸知名「天涯論壇」，票選最受歡迎記者前十名。
劉虎被指控誹謗罪逮捕，也引起網友質疑。劉虎妻子、《重慶商報》記者秦凌指出，劉虎8月23日在重慶家中被捕，當時警方出具的拘留通知書理由是「涉尋釁滋事罪」，但數日後警方微博卻稱劉虎涉嫌造謠。
大陸律師質疑，依法誹謗罪若非「嚴重擾亂社會秩序和國家秩序」，應屬自訴，「難道馬正其親自告官？還是劉虎嚴重擾亂社會秩序？」許多網友呼籲檢調單位「說清楚，講明白」。
