桃園縣路邊停車上午7時收費造成民怨，桃園縣多名議員今天上午在縣議會要求縣政府交通局取消7時收費政策，統一改成8時收費，包括縣議員劉曾玉春、劉茂群、謝彰文等人，對於全縣63個上午7時收費路段，認為不合理，有「搶錢」之嫌，謝彰文要求比照台中、台南、高雄三都，一律改成上午8時開始收費。交通局長高邦基說，制定收費時段，主要是視地點及周邊是否為住宅、商業區而定。

根據中華民國骨質疏鬆症學會調查國內兩百多位上班族，高達八成女性不喝牛奶，有六成五沒有運動習慣，甚至有七成女性連一層樓梯都懶得爬。

台大醫學院骨科教授楊榮森表示，台灣是亞洲骨折高危險區，女性骨折發生人數是男性兩倍。他說，骨鬆是骨折主要原因，提醒女性提早注意骨骼健康，避免骨鬆威脅。

中華經濟研究院董事長梁啟源今天出席經濟日報主辦的「再生能源發展願景高峰論壇」，會中指出，台灣的再生能源在2008年之後，已有飛躍性的進展。但台灣的再生能源面臨土地取得問題，若要取代核四，台灣要蓋大約4000座風力發電機。

梁啟源指出，太陽能光電在歐洲曾出現泡沫化現象，例如西班牙透過無限量的補貼，使得國債激增、電價上漲。我國記取教訓，採總量管制方式，避免重導覆轍。

梁啟源還建議，於再生能源成本較高時，政府應該透過補助研發，提升業者的競爭力，但此時不宜大量補助裝設。

梁啟源說，再生能源是乾淨能源，不排放溫室氣體，但有不穩定，難以調度，平均成本高於傳統能源、裝設需要較多空間等缺點。

他指出，核四如果用2MW的風機來替代，需要建造4000座才夠，目前台灣已蓋了300多座，未來土地取得恐產生問題。若用太陽能發電替代核四，大概需要1.5萬公頃的土地，相當於六成的台北市面積。
