| 今年第四家！搶攻日本市場 中信金與宮崎銀行簽訂MOU

中信金控15日宣布，與日本九州地區銀行宮崎銀行簽訂合作備忘錄（MOU），這也是中信金繼靜岡銀行、新銀行東京、京都銀行之後，今年第四家互簽MOU的日本地方銀行，簽署後將可推動雙方企業客戶貿易往來與資本合作，提供商業資訊的交換與合資企業或企業併購融資的諮商管道，並滿足日商客戶在亞洲地區資金調度的需求。
宮崎銀行位於日本九州，成立於1932年，資本額約147億日圓（約新台幣44億餘元），總資產2兆2132億日幣（約新台幣6640億元），目前在日本當地共有96個服務據點，業務範疇為存放款、外匯、投資信託等，是南日本最重要的地區銀行之一。
中信金表示，未來旗下中信銀行與宮崎銀行在互惠互利的基礎上，將可透過商業媒合提供往來客戶貿易合作、舉辦研討會交換商業資訊、進行台日雙方企業合資或併購融資之諮商與提供客戶資金調度等完整金融服務。
中信金指出，台灣與大陸在2010年9月簽署生效的「海峽兩岸經濟合作架構協議」（ECFA），日商企業對於台灣可提供的金融服務需求與日俱增，台灣已成為日商企業作為前進大陸以及東協各國的投資基地，而中信銀目前在台灣有147家分行，海外有68個據點。

| 資金匯入 新台幣收盤升5分

資金持續匯入，台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元匯價盤中升值超過1角，最高升抵29.320價位，尾盤央行阻升，升幅收斂，終場以29.445元作收，升值5分，兩大外匯經紀公司合計成交金額11.41億美元。
台北外匯市場新台幣兌美元今天以29.495元平盤開出，盤中最高來到29.320元，升幅達1.75角、最低29.495元持平。匯銀人士指出，今天外資持續匯入，拋匯積極，新台幣開盤後升至29.320價位，本土銀行逢低進場承接，主要成交區間在29.400至450。其他亞幣也呈升值走勢，韓元升破1070價位。近期資金持續湧入亞洲新興國家，因此預料短期內新台幣仍有升值壓力。

| 德10月投資者信心指數 升至3年半來新高

德國智庫歐洲經濟研究中心(ZEW)今天(15日)公布德國10月份的投資者信心指數，與9月份相比上升3.2，達到52.8，而且是2010年4月以來，投資者信心指數最高的1個月，並顯示歐元區最大經濟體的德國，投資可望進一步擴大。
此外，ZEW公布的這項數據，出乎分析師預測之外，出現強勁升幅。原本分析師預測德國10月份的投資者信心指數將會持平，與9月份相同。
