桃園縣環保局長陳世偉昨天表示，桃園機場噪音防制費，在縣長吳志揚核定後，明年起的2年內，完成全區4萬2000戶補助申請發放作業。

環保局加碼補助第3梯次航空噪音防制費，一級防制區住戶補助1萬8000元，二級防制區住戶補助3萬6000元。追溯補助4年全民健康保險費，一級防制區每人補助上限740元，二級航空噪音防制區每人補助上限為1480元。

陳世偉說，7月1日起，新修航空噪音防制補助辦法說明會，兩個月來舉辦密集40場次宣導說明會，吳志揚指示環保局組成專案小組，研議加碼及追溯補助方案。

下月中旬提報航噪基金管理委員會審議通過後，明年就可申請補助。環保局表示，配合桃園航空城計畫，機場增設第三跑道，航班起降次數將大幅增加，讓民眾有更佳航空噪音防制設施品質。
