【王立德／台北報導】香港北威國際集團董事總經理劉憶如今日表示，人民幣正在國際化，以歷史經驗來看，任何一種貨幣國際化的過程都會是驚天動地的，而台灣、香港可互補得利，攜手去賺全世界的錢。劉憶如今天參與《港台攜手打造經貿合作新契機》論壇並發表專題演講。
 
劉憶如進一步表示，2009年時中國人行行長周小川就提過，SDR的份額中能否納入人民幣？目前來看2015年SDR份額有可能納入人民幣，一旦SDR納入人民幣，那時就是人民幣起飛的時候。
 
劉憶如說，在人民幣業務的互助發展上，香港發展的早，有技術，台灣則是有產業基礎，尤其過去幾十年台商在東南亞發展，擁有完整產業布局，港台可就此合作。

【吳惠菁／綜合報導】人氣天后蔡依林連愛犬屋虎也深得粉絲喜愛，她曾帶這隻比熊狗兒子登台表演、拍時尚專題，昨到台中辦演唱會DVD簽名會不忘抱牠同行，還讓歌迷與牠合照。她晚上在微博秀愛犬照，只見屋虎被裝在包包裡，放在行李箱上，牠探頭露出招牌燦笑，蔡依林為牠寫下註解：「呼的旅程。」粉絲看了照片大讚：「好可愛」、「萌翻了」、「愛死牠了」！

　　2K 和 Firaxis Games 今天宣佈為《文明帝國5》帶來兩套新地圖包。「亂置大陸」（Scrambled Continents）地圖包即日起已在合作數位零售商上架，售價為 $4.99 美金。「亂置國家」（Scrambled Nations）地圖包將於 2013 年 11 月 5 日在合作數位零售商上架，售價也是 $4.99 美金。靈感來自《文明帝國5：美麗新世界》內含的「非洲爭奪戰」（Scramble for Africa）場景，這兩套地圖包採取的真實的地理輪廓，加上隨意配置的內陸環境，讓玩家能以更多樣化的方式體驗《文明帝國5》及達成征服世界的野望。

　　「亂置大陸」地圖包讓玩家能以嶄新的方式來玩《文明帝國5》，他們可以拿各式各樣的真實世界地理位置當做遊戲背景。儘管令人熟悉的大陸地理輪廓保持一致，每次您玩遊戲時，都可以體驗到變化多端的世界情境，讓您在無數看似真實的世界中享受到無窮的重玩樂趣。「亂置大陸」收錄的地圖包括「非洲」（Africa）、「東亞」（Eastern Asia）、「北美與南美」（North and South America）、西歐（Western Europe）、中東（Middle East）、冰雪融化的「南極洲」（Antarctica），還有「小型大陸」（Small Continents）與「大洋洲」（Oceania）的新腳本地圖，外加一張包含「地球」（Earth）所有大陸的地圖。

　　將於 2013 年 11 月 5 日推出的「亂置國家」地圖包，收錄了「加拿大」（Canada）、「澳洲」（Australia）、「日本」（Japan）、「斯堪的那維亞」（Scandinavia）、「大不列顛」（Great Britain）以及中國（China）的地理區域地圖。每個國家的地理輪廓皆為精確描繪；然而，特別腳本能在每次開始新遊戲時產生隨機的內陸環境，帶來無止境的的重玩性。

　　《文明帝國5》分級為 12+「輔導十二歲級」，Windows PC 版和 Mac 版現正熱賣中。
