  • 大部分的人認為減肥最好的方式就是減少吃肉，不過，有專家表示，這是個迷思，反而要多吃肉補充蛋白質，一樣會達到瘦身效果，但前提是「天然的尚好」，最好戒掉加工食品。

    根據英國《每日郵報》(Daily Mail)報導，作家布盧姆(Esther Blum)出版的一本書《山洞女人不會肥：快速減重的古代秘方》(Cavewomen Don't Get Fat: Ancient Secrets to Rapid Weight Loss)就指出，吃肉其實不會胖，造成人類肥胖的主要原因是因為料理方式「太現代」。

    布盧姆表示，看看史前人類的飲食習慣發現，吃未加工過的天然食品，較能控制體重，以肉類來說，單純吃肉不要添加太多調味料，可以提升腦部的血清素水平和多巴胺。

    因此，布盧姆建議大家應該戒掉加工食品、穀物、麵粉製成品，多吃優質的草食性動物的肉，像是牛肉或魚也可以，並新鮮的蔬果中獲取碳水化合物。
