| 明鏡周刊：美監控德總理手機逾11年

【李寧怡／綜合外電報導】德國《明鏡周刊》報導，美國國家安全局自2002年起，就透過設在駐柏林大使館內的國安局「特別情蒐組」人員，監控德國總理莫克的手機，且國安局在巴黎、馬德里、羅馬、日內瓦等全球80座城市都有特別情蒐小組分支，進行監控任務。
《明鏡周刊》（Der Spiegel）引述一份2010年的「特別情蒐組」（Special Collection Service）報告，指自2002年起直到今年6月美國總統歐巴馬訪德前不久，莫克（Angela Merkel）的名字一直在該組監控名單上。國安局和中情局人員會在使館內監控德國政府高層的電話，但不清楚是監聽對話內容，或只是取得通聯紀錄。
報導也指出，歐巴馬上周三接到莫克電話時，曾向她致歉。《法蘭克福周日新聞》（Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung）則報導，歐巴馬向莫克聲稱，對於國安局監聽她的手機並不知情。白宮與莫克發言人均不願回應。
