| 不滿小三陷害老婆 人夫認通姦小三判賠

【鄧玉瑩／台中報導】林姓女子前年和已婚林姓男子發生婚外情，被林妻發現後表明願任林妻打罵換和解，林妻果真把小三打罵一頓，不料小三竟等通姦告訴期滿，反控林妻傷害，還對林男說：「我是故意讓你老婆打的。」林妻因此被依傷害罪判拘役20天。
林男得知妻中計，心生愧疚，坦承另次通姦供妻再提告，小三最後被依通姦罪判刑3月，台中地院另判小三須賠償林妻精神損害20萬元。
