根據交通部統計，1至9月台灣各機場進出旅客量持續成長，其中日本大阪航線旅客量成長最多，比去年同期增加超過4成。

交通部最新公布1至9月各相關業務統計，空運方面，各機場國際航線旅客達3679萬人次，是近13年來同期新高。

交通部說，按航線載客量觀察，香港及東京成田機場仍居前2名；值得注意的是，日本大阪航線也有126萬人次，比去年同期大增42.5%，排名由去年第7位大幅躍升至第3名，載客量及成長率都創歷年同期新高。

現在台灣到大阪航線，共有8家國內外航空公司經營，包括：中華航空、長榮航空、華信航空、復興航空、國泰航空、日本航空、樂桃航空、捷星航空，大部分是從桃園飛，華航還有高雄-大阪航線。

看好大阪旅遊市場未來成長，華信航空27日還將首航台中飛大阪，初期每週5班。

這也將是台中機場第6條國際定期航線，其他國際定期航線包括：香港、澳門、河內、胡志明市及琉球。

國民黨立委盧秀燕今天在立法院財委會質詢，食品大廠陸續爆發摻假油案，銀行會否對這些廠商「雨天收傘」？

金管會主委曾銘宗表示，假設檢察署已查封這些公司的財產，基於授信契約，查封令一到，授信就到期，銀行會拿存款抵銷放款。但金管會不希望這些涉案公司無法經營下去，這樣對員工產業都不合適，但若涉案情節嚴重，例如大統及富味鄉，若資金已被控管，銀行不會再去緊縮他們的銀根。

盧秀燕問，那銀行不會對這些公司紓困吧？曾銘宗回答「不會、不會、不會」，但營運資金也不會全部抵銷完，因為要留一些資金，方便消費者未來求償。

至於福懋和泰山之前在簽切結書當天，股票爆大量，盧秀燕問，金管會清查結果，到底有無內線交易？曾銘宗說，金管會有發現「量有異常」，有一部分恐「涉及刑事」，金管會已跟檢調配合。但到底有無嚴重到內線交易行為，曾銘宗說，還要進一步進行比對，但須跟檢調配合。
