【劉昌松／台北報導】男子陳俊達去年在鋼琴酒吧遇到正好休假的警員王重和，雙方在包廂門口互嗆「看什麼」，陳竟連開12槍，打死王和王的朋友楊家銘，一審台北地院依殺人等罪判陳無期徒刑，褫奪公權終身，高院今天駁回上訴，維持原判。

陳俊達去年4月時，為解決積欠酒債問題，帶槍到台北市易笛鋼琴酒吧談判，正好遇到正要離開的休假警員王重和及薑母鴨店老闆楊家銘，陳先嗆對方「看什麼」後，雙方爆發激烈口角。

雖酒吧服務生立刻上前安撫，將王往店外帶離，但稍後陳聽說王是警察，立刻又衝出包廂，在樓梯間不易閃避的地方，朝王、楊連開12，導致2人頭、胸等重要部位中彈，送醫不治死亡。
