匯豐今(4)日公布， 2013年11月匯豐中國服務業採購經理人指數(PMI)微降至52.5(10月為52.6)。匯豐大中華區首席經濟學家屈宏斌分析指出，大陸服務業11月保持穩步擴張，帶動就業指數連續第三個月處於擴張區域；但是新業務和收費價格指數擴張趨勢放緩，可能顯示潛在成長動能開始減弱。
11月服務業就業分項指數連續第三個月上升，多數受訪企業指出，主要受益於市場需求較為旺盛。11月新業務指數從10月創下的七個月新高53.5，下降0.9個百分點至52.6。
大陸11月官方非製造業商務活動指數(PMI)為56.0%，較上月創下的14個月高檔56.3%下滑0.3個百分點。大陸11月官方製造業PMI為51.4%，與上月持平，高於路透社調查預計的51.1%。匯豐中國11月製造業PMI終值為50.8，略低於10月的終值50.9，高於預期的50.5及初值的50.4。上述數據顯示，大陸經濟進入平穩增長區間。

| 蔡玉玲資產爭議 江揆：無法律問題

行政院政務委員兼蒙藏委員會委員長蔡玉玲遭爆，她與丈夫李宗德創辦的理慈法律事務所，在上海、北京都有分公司，理慈位於上海靜安區威海路的辦公室，產權所屬「權利人」一欄，登記在蔡玉玲丈夫李宗德名下，非「公司資產」，估計有將近台幣一億元的價值。
行政院長江宜樺中午與記者餐敘，對於媒體報導蔡玉玲在陸資產一事，江揆簡短回應指出，當初他找蔡玉玲入閣，很清楚蔡玉玲的律師背景及相關資歷，人事行政總處也作過相關查核、蔡也誠實以告，包括在大陸資產等，查核結果「並無法律問題」。
